Evolving a Dynamic Population Healthcare Brand

A STRONG PROCESS YIELDS THE RIGHT RESULTS

A client of nearly ten years, our work together dates back to 2014 when the concept for launching a new breed of healthcare company was first envisioned. A company where the traditionally siloed players within the healthcare ecosystem — physicians, payers and patients — would be brought together, and work in tandem to create a new paradigm for healthcare and the healthcare experience. Working with the core client team, we helped to create and launch a compelling new brand and dynamic company name. And so, Tandigm Health was born.

Fast forward over the years of partnership, sustained growth and 250+ employees later – Tandigm is now leading the way in population health management. Accordingly, as they’ve grown, they have evolved as an organization, from their capabilities to their expertise and even the audiences that they serve.

With their reach and impact expanded, a reimagined and evolved brand was called for―one that impactfully captures the Tandigm of today and the company that it will be in the future.

Our Approach:

To successfully evolve our brand and ensure authenticity in our strategy, we knew there were several key steps required at the outset. We designed and led qualitative internal focus groups, as well as a quantitative research survey to hear from the Tandigm Team. As a result, we achieved a nearly 90% company-wide participation rate! From there, we supported the development of our elevated brand positioning and identity  – including Tandigm’s Brand Story, Mission, Vision, Values and Purpose. And because employees are the best brand ambassadors, we tapped them to help tell the Tandigm story in an anthemic brand video.

At the end of the day, the hard work and collaboration paid off. Working closely with our client’s dynamic internal team and a roster of supporting partners in video production, design and event execution, we collaborated to create a launch event worthy of the moment and its significance for the company―which paved the way for a phased roll-out plan and even more exciting elements still to come.

Most of all, we’re honored to be Tandigm’s trusted partner for nearly a decade.
